Earlier in her career Ms. Berliner was COO for South America at Apex Silver Mines,
overseeing a regional program of land acquisition and exploration.  She also engaged
in policy and financial system reforms to support private sector development in Latin
America and the Caribbean and was one of the designers of Profund, a regional
investment fund for the financial sector in Latin America.  

Ms. Berliner is a member of the Women’s Council on Energy and the Environment
and has assisted the Biotrade Facilitation Programme of UNCTAD to establish a
Biotrade Association in the Andean countries.

Ms. Berliner has an MPIA in Economic and Social Development from the University of
Pittsburgh and an Honors BA in Anthropology from the University of
Massachusetts.  She is bilingual English-Spanish.
Richard Campo, Moundsville, Alabama

He has been active in the legislative process of the upcoming Uruguayan Biofuel
Investment Law, and is the founder and president of the Uruguayan Biodiesel
Producers Chamber ("Cámara de Productores de Biodiesel del Uruguay").

Leni Berliner is President and Founder of Energy Farms
International, LLC, which develops integrated, sustainable biomass
energy projects in Latin America and has 25 years experience in
South and Central America.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: overseeing all aspects of operations that
include process, logistics, feedstock, sales and contracts.

Mr. Campo is a voting member of National Biodiesel Board, working with all
committees on aspects ranging from bylaws to national legislation. He also worked
with State Clean Cities Coalition and other state governments to help write legislation.

Helped create and sits on the Alabama State Alternate Fuels Tasks Force, the Center
for Renewable Energies, and on the Governor's Advisory Council.  Mr. Campo
currently serves as biodiesel industry advisor to Vista Research, an S&P 500 advisory
firm.

Mr. Campo previously worked in the biomass industry using wood waste as fuel and
as an energy source to generate  power.
Mr. St. James has worked in the international banking industry, has started up a
finance company for Daimler-Benz in Mexico, and was responsible for Latin American
financial services while with Dell Computer.

He obtained his BA from DePaul University and MA in International Relations from
The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University.  He holds Argentine,
European Union and United States passports, and is equally fluent in English and
Spanish.
Jurgen Pietz, Buenos Aires, Argentina

Mr. Pietz and his firm have developed their own biodiesel-producing technology, the
largest of which currently produces 40,000 tons per year.

Mr. Pietz has a degree in Business Administration from Hamburg University.  He is
fluent in German, English and Spanish.

Richard Campo was instrumental in co-founding and developing
Alabama Biodiesel Corporation, a 10 million gallon biodiesel facility
operating since 2005; he is currently the company's Vice President.   
Diego Martinez co-founded Ecodiesel SA in 2000, and by 2001 was
established as the largest biodiesel producer in Uruguay using
animal fats as feedstock and breaking ground in getting acceptance
to renewable energies in the country.  No one has more hands-on
experience in biofuels in Uruguay.
Jurgen Pietz is founder and managing director of Bildro SA, an
Argentine spinoff of the country's first biodiesel plant to export.  
Prior to this position he was president of a German engineering
firm in Argentina for 15 years.
Carlos St. James is the Managing Director of Santiago & Sinclair,
LLC and has over 20 years experience working throughout Latin
America.  He is also the Founder and President of the
Argentine
Renewable Energies Chamber, an NGO dedicated to the
sustainable development of the biofuels industry in the country.
Santiago & Sinclair, LLC has established the only advisory board focused on renewable
energies in Latin America.  It is comprised of a network of professionals with firmly
established credentials in their fields, from Washington to Buenos Aires.  Our board
members have intimate knowledge of what it takes to be successful in the biofuels
